I took my family to Williams for the Polar Express, and we stayed at the Red Roof Inn. It’s a typical small town motel with clean and comfortable enough rooms. We had a large group, and the check-in process was smooth. The front desk clerk was friendly and even took photos of us in our matching pajamas, which was a nice touch. Dinner at Miss Kitty's Steakhouse was decent and affordable. However, we did encounter an issue with a leaking bathroom in one room. The staff quickly switched us to another room, which was appreciated. Overall, it was a decent stay, but some rooms might need more maintenance and attention to cleanliness.

Spent 1 night and the customer service was on point! Whitney was super friendly during check-in. Fidel helped us with our TV. Housekeeping was cheerful in the morning, too. Just wish the pool looked a bit cleaner. Overall, a solid place to chill after a long day exploring.

Some rooms could stand to improve. while mine was decent, others faced issues like improper heating and lack of hot water, requiring extended waiting periods for basic needs. Plus, some units had fading decor that detracted from the overall experience.
