I took my family to Williams for the Polar Express, and we stayed at the Red Roof Inn. It’s a typical small town motel with clean and comfortable enough rooms. We had a large group, and the check-in process was smooth. The front desk clerk was friendly and even took photos of us in our matching pajamas, which was a nice touch. Dinner at Miss Kitty's Steakhouse was decent and affordable. However, we did encounter an issue with a leaking bathroom in one room. The staff quickly switched us to another room, which was appreciated. Overall, it was a decent stay, but some rooms might need more maintenance and attention to cleanliness.

Customer service stood out during the stay, with friendly staff like Whitney and Fidel going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. The rooms were reasonably clean and comfortable, which was key for the group I traveled with. However, there were cleanliness issues, including leftover pet food and dirty towels that caught us off guard. A leak from the upstairs room also required a quick room change, indicating some maintenance needs.

I stayed for one night while traveling on a road trip. The room was basic and had coffee-making facilities and a fridge. I appreciated that I could find a place to get some rest during my journey. I also enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere of the town, especially the neon lights.
The bathroom could use some updates, and I noticed the window was dirty. It was not an issue since I just needed a quick stop on my trip.

The rooms have ample space, clean bathrooms, and a functional fridge and microwave—convenient for those late-night snacks. Recent renovations add a modern touch, like charging points near the beds, which is a nice perk for keeping devices powered up during your stay.
Check-in can be a hassle. only a single key is provided with no additional info like a room map or hotel rules, leaving guests in the dark. Some rooms could stand to improve. while mine was decent, others faced issues like improper heating and lack of hot water, requiring extended waiting periods for basic needs. Plus, some units had fading decor that detracted from the overall experience.
